In the use of air heaters, the insulation is only in the electric heater outlet tube, and the heater surface itself is free of any heat treatment. The comparison data shows that increasing the insulation layer can reduce 5% ~ energy consumption by 10%. It is very important to save energy consumption on the surface of the air heat exchanger for a long time. Therefore, the insulation layer should be installed in the pipeline and the insulation layer should be placed in the air heat exchanger. Air heat exchangers include air heaters and air coolers. The heater uses hot water, steam, or heat transfer oil as the heat medium. The medium in the cooler tube is mostly cooling water, chilled water or other refrigerants. When the cooling temperature drops below the dew point, the moisture in the air condenses. At this time, the air cooler is also called the condenser.
